Your new role

As HR Manager, covering Talent Management & HR Business Partnering, you will serve as a strategic HR generalist while leading the organisation's talent management agenda. This role is designed as a key succession hire within the HR function and offers significant visibility with the management team and executive leadership.

You will be responsible for driving talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and young talent initiatives, while partnering closely with business leaders to address workforce challenges across the organisation. In addition, you will provide support across the broader HR spectrum, including workforce planning, employee engagement, organisational development, and strategic people initiatives.

Given the organisation's size and growth ambitions, you will have the opportunity to influence key decisions, shape future leadership pipelines, and work directly with senior stakeholders to build a high-performing workforce.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  
• At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure across multiple HR functions.
  
• Strong HR generalist foundation with experience in business partnering, talent management, organisational development, or performance management.
  
• Prior experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred.
  
• Proven track record in succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Able to engage, influence, and challenge stakeholders across management and C-suite levels.
  
• Commercially minded, flexible, and solutions-oriented with the ability to think creatively beyond established processes.
  
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
