Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant for our Group's subsidiaries in Singapore and Australia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the talent acquisition strategy across multiple business units within the construction and engineering sectors. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, bridging the gap between high-volume blue-collar hiring (e.g., site laborers, tradespeople, technicians) and specialized white-collar placements (e.g., Project Managers, Civil Engineers).

Operating as an internal consultant, you will partner closely with subsidiary Managing Directors, HR, and Managers to deliver high-quality talent that fuels our group’s growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

• Subsidiary Partnership: Act as the primary recruitment point of contact for assigned group subsidiaries, taking comprehensive project briefs for open vacancies.
• Dual-Spectrum Sourcing:
• White-Collar: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networking, headhunting) to pipeline technical, managerial, and executive engineering talent.
• Blue-Collar: Manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment campaigns for trade and site-based positions using local job boards, community networks, and specialized databases.
• Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct thorough competency-based interviews, technical screenings, and reference checks to ensure cultural and capability fit.
• Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including salary benchmarking, negotiation, and coordinating onboarding requirements with subsidiary HR teams.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Hiring Manager Advisory: Guide hiring managers on current market trends, talent availability, and realistic salary brackets.

Compliance & Operations

• Compliance Verification: Ensure all candidates hold valid and compliant industry tickets, licenses, safety certifications (e.g., CSOC, trade qualifications), and right-to-work documentation before deployment.

Pay: $1,982.30 - $6,194.09 per month
