Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration and HR operations in a fast-paced working environment.
Duties & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Support the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
2. HR Administration & Employee Records
- Maintain and update employee personal information, attendance records and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR-related documents.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, leave applications and claims.
- Ensure HR records are organised, accurate and maintained with confidentiality.
3. Payroll & Statutory Administration
- Assist in preparing payroll-related information, including attendance, overtime, leave and salary adjustments.
- Support the administration of statutory contributions and submissions, such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
- Assist in maintaining accurate payroll records and resolving routine payroll-related enquiries.
4. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Assist in coordinating employee onboarding, training, engagement activities and company events.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and company guidelines.
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide support on general HR matters.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.
5. HR Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in ensuring HR practices and documentation comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Support the preparation of HR reports, presentations and management updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and administrative efficiency.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or practical experience in HR is an added advantage.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR operations.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
