Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Shoppes at Four Seasons Place in Kuala Lumpur.

• Responsible for greeting guests, providing information about stores and services, and offering personalised recommendations for shopping, dining, and local attractions.
• Day-to-day tasks include handling concierge services such as reservations and bookings, assisting with directions and transportation arrangements, and coordinating with retailers and service providers to meet guest needs.
• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and ensure that the guest experience remains seamless, welcoming, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in concierge services and reservations, with the ability to manage guest requests efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with a diverse range of guests and colleagues.
• Experience with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors, managing enquiries, and coordinating front-desk operations.
• Proven customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences and resolving issues promptly.
• Professional appearance, positive and courteous demeanour, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, in line with retail operating hours.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Malaysia are an advantage.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or luxury service environments is preferred.
