Responsibilities
Job Summary
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models based on design specifications and site measurements. Develop and update construction, fabrication, shop, and as-built drawings while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project standards.
Responsibilities
Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models from design specifications, sketches, site measurements, and engineering requirements
Develop construction, fabrication, shop, and as-built drawings for projects
Modify and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, clients, and consultants
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, relevant standards, and company requirements
Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, M&E, and other relevant disciplines to ensure integration
Assist project and engineering teams with drawing preparation, documentation, and technical submissions
Conduct site measurements and prepare drawings reflecting actual site conditions as needed
Maintain revision control and issue the latest drawings to relevant parties
Organize and maintain drawing files, CAD files, and project documentation systematically
Liaise with site personnel, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve drawing and technical issues
Perform additional drafting and technical duties assigned by the Project Manager or Engineer
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field
Proficient in AutoCAD for producing and modifying technical drawings
Ability to read and interpret technical, construction, and engineering drawings accurately
Strong understanding of dimensions, scale, drawing standards, and technical details
Attention to detail and accuracy in drawing production
Effective communication and coordination skills to collaborate with project teams
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or other CAD/BIM software to enhance drawing capabilities
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant drafting experience; fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are also considered
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team environment
