Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier Communication: Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues or discrepancies.
• Purchase Order Management:Creating, processing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Negotiation Support: Assisting in negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers.
• General AdministrativeSupport: Providing administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
• Documents Management:Preparing and managing procurement- related documents, such as contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Coordination: Working with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
• Coordinate overseas shipping arrangements and monitor Shipments Progress.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.
