Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.

Oversee preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance works by coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.

Conduct routine facility inspections, monitor contractor performance, and ensure the centre's infrastructure remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Support operational projects, including infrastructure setup, system implementation, and operational readiness activities.

Monitor operational issues, maintenance activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for management.

Maintain accurate documentation and records relating to maintenance, operations, and projects.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of operational enhancements.

Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and meticulousness.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Customer service-oriented.

Effective communication skills (both phone and email).

Previous experience in Healthcare/Medical care is an advantage, though not required.

Independent worker with a proactive approach to operations improvement.

Hands-on and team-oriented, requiring minimal supervision.
