Requirements

Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Ensure smooth service during your shift by greeting guests, managing seating, and resolving complaints calmly and promptly.
  • Train staff on correct order handling and presentation to keep food quality and timing consistent.

Team & Shift Management

  • Prepare shift rosters, assign roles, and brief the team so each service runs without disruption.
  • Monitor attendance, support new hires on the floor, and step in to resolve staff issues quickly.

Operations & Standards

  • Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, stock checks, and basic inventory counts to keep operations accurate.
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards and complete opening and closing checklists reliably.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 1 years experience in a restaurant or F&B role with exposure to supervision or shift lead duties.
  • Experience handling busy service shifts and basic cash reconciliation is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Practical experience with POS systems, cash reconciliation, and simple inventory controls.
  • Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge and familiarity with opening and closing procedures.

Soft Skills & Qualities

  • Clear communication, calm problem solving, and a hands-on attitude during peak periods.
  • Reliable timekeeping, team-first mindset, and willingness to coach colleagues on service standards.
