Job Description
- Drive end-to-end commercial due diligence projects across diverse industries, providing investors with independent assessments of market potential and commercial viability.
- Develop evidence-based investment perspectives through market analysis, customer research, competitive benchmarking, and management interviews.
- Evaluate commercial risks and growth opportunities to help clients make informed acquisition, investment, and value creation decisions.
- Present strategic recommendations and key findings to senior stakeholders through high-impact reports and executive-level presentations.
A Successful Manager / Associate Director Should Have
- Extensive experience (minimum 5-7 years) in CDD within the professional services industry or relevant industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A strong educational background in business, management, or a related field.
