Job Summary

Join our KTV pub fun-loving team as a part-time or full-time waitress/waiter, delivering attentive service, building customer relationships, and supporting daily pub operations during evening and late-night hours in Tanjong Pagar.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by accurately taking and delivering orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
• Communicate with customers outside working hours strictly for booking and reservation management
• Engage and interact with customers during quiet periods to enhance their experience
• Assist with general daily operational tasks to support smooth pub functioning
• Report punctually and reliably for scheduled shifts, including late-night hours

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Exhibit comfort and confidence in talking and interacting with diverse customers
• Maintain responsibility and punctuality in attendance

Other Information

Benefits and Compensation:

• $15 per hour wage
• 10% commission on your own total sales (minimum $800 sales per week to qualify)
• Commission applies only to your own customers; walk-in customers do not count towards individual sales
• Other incentives may apply
• Transport fee claimable after work

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 8pm or 9pm to 2am
• Weekends: 8pm or 9pm to 3am
• Flexible start times available, with latest reporting time at 10pm
