Oaks Paves seeks a responsible, hands-on HR & Admin Executive to manage employee records, payroll, leave, onboarding/offboarding, and handle customer enquiries and quotations for an asphalt paving, maintenance, and rental company.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate new employee records to ensure compliance and data integrity
Manage annual leave and medical leave records to support workforce planning
Process payroll accurately and timely to ensure employee compensation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to facilitate smooth employee transitions
Respond to customer enquiries promptly to enhance client satisfaction
Prepare and manage quotations to support business sales and rental operations
