The Role
You'll transform complex data and ideas into compelling visual stories for a global audience. In this role, you'll be:
- Delivering high-quality, fast-turnaround presentation design support to client-facing teams
- Advising on layout, visual hierarchy, and design approaches to ensure clarity and consistency
- Using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data visualisation tools to produce polished, professional outputs
- Supporting quality standards by reviewing and guiding the work of junior team members
A natural eye for design, matched with strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail. You'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in a professional design setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Native-level Japanese and fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- A collaborative approach with confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Degree-level education or an equivalent combination of professional experience and training
