Responsibilities

• Providing quality sales and consultation service for soft furnishing products such as curtains, blinds and wallpapers
• Having in-depth knowledge of products and understanding clients’ needs to offer the best services while maximizing sales and meeting sales targets
• Preparing of quotations, obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
• Managing projects from sales completion to handover and after sales service to ensure superior client experience

Requirements

• Positive and willing to learn
• Outgoing, confident and courteous
• Target driven and result oriented
• Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented
• Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
• Able to converse well in English
• Experience in soft furnishing (curtains, blinds & wallpaper) will be an added advantage
