Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 6:30pm

Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Some Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00pm, when required

Working hours may vary according to the assigned school's operational requirements.

Job Scope

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned school areas.
• Open and secure classrooms, gates and offices.
• Arrange furniture and equipment for meetings, examinations and school events.
• Provide logistical support for daily school activities.
• Conduct basic facility checks and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with printing, photocopying, laminating and other general duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Relevant operations, logistics, facilities or school experience is preferred.
• Able to use basic office equipment.
• Responsible, organised and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.Working Hours
