AEM Microtronics Hiring! Full Time HR Executive- Senior in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and advise on employee relations and industrial relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations and performance-related issues.

• Ensure HR practices and case handling are aligned with company policies and applicable Malaysian employment requirements.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor internal and external training activities, including training needs, schedules, attendance, records, effectiveness and follow-up actions.

• Partner with department managers on manpower matters, employee concerns, workforce engagement and preventive HR interventions.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce integration for new projects and increased departmental headcount as required.

• Prepare HR reports, case summaries, training records and management updates, and maintain complete and confidential documentation.

• Coach junior HR team members and provide practical guidance on ER, IR and training administration.

• Undertake other HR projects and responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.

• At least 4-6 years of relevant HR generalist experience, with hands-on exposure to employee relations, industrial relations and training.

• Sound working knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and disciplinary or grievance handling practices.

• Able to work independently, manage sensitive cases professionally and guide less-experienced HR team members.
