We are seeking a detail-oriented and principled Finance/Accounts Executive to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for managing daily financial transactions, accounts reconciliation, and report preparation, assisting management to ensure compliance and efficiency in financial workflows. • Bookkeeping & Accounting: Handle daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or General Ledger (GL).

• Reconciliation & Data Entry: Reconcile bank statements, supplier invoices, and customer receipts to ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.

• Documentation Management: Organize, classify, and systematically file all financial vouchers, contracts, and tax invoices.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, and prepare basic financial management reports.

• External Liaison: Assist in preparing required documentation for audit and tax purposes, and coordinate with external auditors or tax agents.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake other temporary financial or administrative tasks assigned by management.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or professional certifications such as LCCI.

• Experience: 1–3 years or more of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles (salary negotiable for highly qualified candidates).

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS) is highly advantageous.

• Attributes: Meticulous, analytical with numbers, possessing strong professional ethics and a team-player attitude.

• Competitive Remuneration: Basic salary of RM 4,000 + Performance/Year-end Bonus (subject to company performance and individual KPIs).
