Responsibilities
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Electrical Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit project documentation including schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
Support planning and coordination of installation activities and resource allocation to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
Oversee and support the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems at project sites.
Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure system functionality meets specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Make quick and effective decisions during project activities, especially under time-sensitive conditions.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest developments in electrical engineering and automation to enhance project efficiency and innovation.
Document project learnings and best practices for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as mechanical and control engineers for integrated project delivery.
Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Be prepared to travel overseas when required for project needs.
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Higher NITEC / Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Familiarity with control system automation (hardware and software) is essential.
Experience in motor control, PLC programming, and electrical panel/system design will be an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Hands-on experience in wiring and installation work is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as AutoCAD or EPLAN Electric P8.
