Responsibilities

Client Relationships

• Identify and approach potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, and other sales activities
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service
• Introduce, promote, and recommend company products to customers based on their needs

Sales Operations

• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales updates to management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery

Quotations & Order Management

• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities 

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 years of sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or related retail environments.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven
