• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Assist in tender evaluation, contractor comparison, and award recommendations
• Handle progress claims, site valuations, and variation orders
• Monitor project costs and maintain cost control throughout project lifecycle
• Assist in contract administration and procurement processes
• Review contractors’ claims, invoices, and final accounts
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, budgets, and cost reports
• Support project team in ensuring projects are delivered within budget

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• 1–5 years relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
• Familiar with construction contracts and tender procedures
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity measurement
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Salary is negotiable based on experience

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
