Responsibilities
Our client is a leading logistics and freight forwarding company.
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day air freight operations, including shipment execution and monitoring of CargoWise alerts
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to monitor booking status and resolve shipment issues or delays
Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB/MAWB), LC AWBs and required shipping documentation according to customer and regulatory requirements
Arrange airline bookings through online booking platforms and ensure compliance with perishable and dangerous goods requirements
Follow AWB standing instructions and ensure all required supporting documents are properly prepared and submitted
Liaise with airlines and relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in air freight, freight forwarding or the logistics industry
Hands-on experience in preparing and executing Air Waybills (AWB) is required
Familiarity with CargoWise and airline booking platforms will be an advantage
Good knowledge of air freight operations and shipping documentation
Strong attention to detail with good coordination and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
