Responsibilities

Salary Range: $3300 to $4500 + AWS + VB

Working location: North-east
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain application code, system configurations and logic for SCADA and industrial automation projects
Provide technical support and application solutions for SCADA, PLC, and integrated system projects
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation and control system solutions
Review project specifications, drawings, tender documents and prepare technical proposals and quotations
Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and system testing in accordance with project/vendor requirements
Support system design, configuration, engineering development and server maintenance
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
Perform on-site troubleshooting, commissioning and production support at customer sites
Prepare technical reports, manuals and project documentation
Evaluate new technologies and recommend suitable engineering solutions
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related discipline
Experience or strong interest in any of the following is welcome: PLC/SCADA/HMI programming, industrial automation & control systems, or software/application development
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet/IP or Profinet is a plus
Basic coding/scripting knowledge (e.g. C, Python, or similar) is a plus but not required
Able to read electrical schematics and/or engineering drawings
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Candidates without experience but with strong interest in automation, control systems or software engineering are welcome to apply –
