Account Manager – Creative Production

Location: Singapore

Employment type: Full-time

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Singapore (Singaporean or PR). Remote candidates may be considered for an exceptional profile.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive Account Manager to manage client relationships and keep creative projects running smoothly—from brief to final delivery.

The main focus of this role is account and project management. However, we’re also looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can step in when needed to make quick edits, fix content or support the creative team with urgent adjustments.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong relationships
• Understand client needs and translate them into clear creative briefs
• Coordinate timelines, feedback, approvals and deliverables
• Work closely with designers, editors, photographers and other creative partners
• Review creative work and ensure it meets the brief and quality standards
• Contribute to pitches, creative decks, concepts and storyboards
• Support pre-production planning, photoshoots and content-production projects
• Step in for quick creative edits, corrections or adaptations when required
• Keep projects organized, on schedule and within scope

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in account management, project management or creative production
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A good eye for design, photography and video
• Working knowledge of tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Familiarity with AI image and video tools is a plus
• The ability to handle basic creative fixes and edits—you won’t be expected to produce everything from scratch
• A proactive, hands-on and solutions-oriented attitude
• Confidence managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously

This role is ideal for an Account Manager who understands the creative process and isn’t afraid to open a project file and help fix something when necessary.
