Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments, including loading and unloading arrangements.
• Arrange manpower, transportation and port-related logistics.
• Liaise with customers, shipping agents, freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Arrange shipping insurance and prepare relevant shipping documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure smooth delivery and collection.
• Coordinate crane transportation, delivery and collection.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer requirements.
• Handle daily shipping and operational matters and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
