ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is an international contractor providing specialized solutions to industrial clients, with an annual turnover of USD 100 million. They are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial performance, planning, and reporting across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the role reports directly to the Managing Director and serves as a key finance partner to the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead finance and accounting activities across APAC, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning.
• Monitor business performance, profitability, cash flow, and key financial KPIs.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders and lead the finance team to drive business performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Finance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
• Hold a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in a complex industrial or multinational business environment is an advantage.
