LOCATION: PANDAN JAYA, KUALA LUMPUR

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Basic salary + Unlimited commission
• Normal office hours (Monday - Friday; 9.00 am - 6.00 pm | Alternate Saturday; 9.30 am - 1.30 pm)
• Welcome fresh graduates
• Training will be provided
• Two rounds of interviews (1st: Online | 2nd: Physical/ F2F)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform outbound calls to promote insurance products and promotions and generate targeted sales for the company.
• Answering and responding to inbound calls on insurance product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure.
• Ensure comprehensive information is captured on the internal system so that a colleague can understand what occurred and what was agreed on the call.
• To provide accurate information/ solution/ service with excellent telephone courtesy.
• Perform, participate and contribute to quality initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of working experience in any field.
• Fresh graduates with Diploma and above are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
• Sales-oriented, target-driven and possess a positive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
