Position

This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent.

We are seeking a meticulous individual to manage all legal administrative matters for South Asia under the guidance of Senior Legal Counsel and to assist the Senior Legal Counsel for general corporate matters. This role will give the intern hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations within a luxury Maison, providing foundational experience in contract administration and legal research.

Job responsibilities

• Review and draft simple contracts and agreements.
• Support general corporate work.
• Billing and legal fee management in South Asia countries.
• Conduct research on various legal issues in South Asia countries.
• Support compliance matters in South Asia countries.
• Manage the corporate secretary matters for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.

Profile

• Currently pursuing a Law Degree (JD) and / or recent law graduates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• A professional demeanour and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Start Date: Internship starting in January - June 2027 for 6 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Singapore, Ngee Ann City Office.
