Working Location: Kossan Research and Development Center, Klang

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure timely execution of assignments by:

• Develops project /trials / study objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project / trials / study specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies.
• Undertaking effective planning and provision of resources.
• Monitoring implementation and progress of assignments.

Involving plant manufactory process by:

• Testing new processes
• Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications
• Supervising plant operations
• Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
• Liaising with project engineers and specialists
• Monitoring product performance
• Observe and understand plant packing, customer inspection, loading process

Ensure compliance Trial Run requirements by:

• Executing requirements of trial input and output during the trial run.
• Performing trial execution technical analysis, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Compiling data and document for trials.
• Other assigned duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Qualification and Experience

• Recognized Degree in Chemistry or Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering and any related operation or process improvement experience.
• Relevant working experience in gloves manufacturing environment is preferred (For experienced candidate)
• Strong knowledge in process improvement, project management, analysis and design skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Innovative and a team player who is high responsive and results-driven
