Role Description

We are seeking a Finance Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Finance Specialist will also analyze financial data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and contribute to the company’s financial strategy. Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
