Role Description

The Quality Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang, responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of electronic coils and related components. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting products, reviewing production processes, and performing tests to ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves documenting findings, preparing quality reports, and recommending corrective and preventive actions to improve product consistency and reliability. The Quality Analyst collaborates closely with production, engineering, and management teams to address quality issues, support root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position also supports audits, maintains quality records, and helps refine quality procedures to align with customer expectations and industry best practices.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in Quality Control practices, including inspection, testing, and defect tracking.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, covering standards, procedures, and continuous improvement.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing clear reports and documentation.
  • Background in electronics manufacturing or related industry is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, basic statistical analysis, control charts) is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in related fields.
  • Ability to work on-site in Klang, with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
