Job Description:

• To prepare the Sales & Purchase Contract according to the deal concluded.
• Responsible for day-to-day supply chain operations.
• Prepare Import / Export full set clearance documents.
• Contact Supplier and Buyer for delivery plan.
• Booking & Monitoring Trucking & Vessel shipment.
• Contact warehouse and driver for daily inbound.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.
• Issue LC and Bank Documents (if needed)
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• 4 years or above experience in supply chain role. Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
• Good communication, and negotiation skills, and resourceful team player
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated, detailed mind with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Full-time position(s) available.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Area
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
