Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will drive customer acquisition and retention by presenting product value, providing technical support, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage existing customers across Singapore to present tailored value propositions that meet their needs
• Provide product recommendations and technical support to assist customers and facilitate new product trials
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while monitoring competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, and Technical teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and forecast sales pipelines to support sales targets and timely accounts receivable collection
• Travel across Singapore to meet customers and conduct promotional activities, ensuring broad market coverage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for continuous learning
• Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and internal teams to enhance engagement
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin and operate basic customer management software to support sales and customer tracking
• No personal transportation requirement but company will cover petrol, cashcard, and office season parking if personal transport is available
• Fresh Polytechnic graduates or candidates with 0–2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, including internships or part-time roles
