Job Description:

• Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring authentic Korean cuisine standards
• Develop menus, recipes, and food quality control processes
• Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff for daily operations
• Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (SFA standards)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Restaurant Manager, preferably in Korean cuisine
• Culinary qualification or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Korean culinary techniques and ingredients
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Basic English communication skills; Korean language ability preferred
