We are currently seeking a Project Manager . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing client’s cross-platform advertising and marketing projects. This role will lead strategic planning, customer relationship management, driving continuous growth of the company's market share in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement client’s cross-platform advertising and marketing projects, including event, video, design, social media and digital campaigns

• Prepare proposals and pitching projects to clients, including concept, budgeting, production and logistic arrangement

• Responsible for end-to-end project management and collaborate with internal teams and external parties to complete client’s projects within specific schedule and budget

• Provide professional and quality account service to existing and new clients

• Build strong relationships to maintain customer satisfaction and retention

• Work outside of normal business hours may be required

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Communication or related discipline

• At least 2 - 3 years working experience in advertising agency, marketing or project management

• Work independently, pro-active, detail-minded, customer-centric and adaptive to fast pace environment

• Able to meet deadline and work under pressure

• Good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, organization, time management and project management skills

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer
