Job Description

  • Lead the design, review, and governance of Group-wide compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain reward philosophies, job grading structures, and performance-linked reward strategies.
  • Drive annual salary reviews, bonus planning, performance reward cycles, and governance processes.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay equity analysis to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Review and enhance employee benefits programmes based on workforce needs and business priorities.
  • Partner with Finance on workforce cost modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Establish and drive a comprehensive HR analytics and workforce insights framework.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting to support strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure strong HR data governance, reporting accuracy, automation, and system optimisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders while leading change management and capability-building initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Total Rewards & HR Analytics should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Total Rewards and HR Analytics, ideally within large or multi-business organisations.
  • Strong expertise in compensation & benefits, workforce analytics, and rewards governance.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, able to articulate past achievements in this area.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change management capabilities.
