Job Responsibilities:

What will you do:

• Design, develop, and modify PeopleSoft custom objects using Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, PS Queries and SQR.
• Prepare functional specifications, use cases, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and PeopleSoft standard functionality.
• Provide user support, issue analysis, and resolution for finance application incidents and service requests.
• Analyse functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot application, batch, interface, and reporting issues.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, post-go-live support, and defect resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or relevant work experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on technical and functional experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM.
• Hands-on experience in at least two or more PeopleSoft Financials modules - GL, AP, Purchasing, AR, Billing, Asset Management.
• Experience supporting application enhancements, maintenance, and production support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
