Position Title: Picker/packer & Inventory Manager (Part time/full time)
Department: Operations
Reports to: General Manager & Operations Lead

Our range includes prescription-standard medical products, to bespoke sports and wellbeing nutritional supplements.

About the role

Management of Logistics & Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including inbound shipments, warehousing, inventory management, and outbound distribution to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Handle and manage administration, order processing, and stock allocation for each Company account (including major retail chains, pharmacies, and e-commerce platforms).
  • Grow, manage, and maintain strong relationships with operational contacts at Company accounts (where applicable).
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve fulfilment efficiency, reduce lead times, and support promotional and seasonal demand planning to drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively manage the commercial and operational elements of assigned accounts and supply routes to ensure high levels of client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and stock availability.
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch tracking to minimize wastage and ensure compliance with storage and handling requirements for supplements.

Systems

  • Complete the set up and full operation of the Company’s NetSuite ERP system for across all current and future subsidiaries.
  • Manage portal and system operations (ERP/WMS/B2B ordering platforms) for order management, inventory visibility, and account servicing to ensure clients and internal teams are trained and supported in using the platform.
  • Ensure data is efficiently and effectively captured in the appropriate platforms, particularly the Company’s ERP system and internal data sharing platform (i.e. Sharepoint).
  • Analyse inventory, sales, and logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, opportunities, and risks across the supply chain.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools and automation to boost operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify deficiencies in the current systems (whether analog or digital) and suggest upgrades or replacements where appropriate.

Cross-Functional Coordinators & Operational Excellence

  • Analyse and monitor stock levels against existing and forecasted orders to notify the appropriate parties as to when further procurement/purchases may be necessary.
  • Managing and overseeing the sales administration executive, including their use of all Company systems and procedures, and their performance in carrying out the various sales and operations tasks under their purview.
  • Coordinate closely with other internal roles/teams (marketing, sales, procurement, legal/HR, management, e-commerce, finance etc.) to deliver account objectives.
  • Proactively resolve any service, delivery or payment issues to maintain positive operational health, where appropriate.
  • Ensure full compliance with the appropriate internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Education & experience:

  • No educational experience required, although candidates will be expected to demonstrate an ability to collate and summarise data via Excel and other software platforms.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or handling/managing a wide variety of inventory items is ideal, but not required.

Technical competencies:

  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Some experience with digital ERP/CRM/inventory management platforms ideal, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills preferred.
  • Good physical condition required.
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks, required.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
