Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally

• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations

• Control costs, manage inventory, and monitor budgets

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to improve service quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations

• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required
