• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining consistency and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use and report any shortages or spoilage.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or recipe improvements when required.
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor of inventory requirements.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure it is cleaned and maintained after use.
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and service team to ensure efficient food preparation and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Head Chef or Restaurant Manager.
