Job Description
Gather user requirements and analyze business requirement
Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications
Collaborate closely with business users and technical team throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test plan preparation, test execution etc.
Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout the project life cycle
Assist in project implementation, change management, user training, and post-implementation support
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Engineering, IT or other disciplines is highly preferred
At least 6 years of solid Business Analyst experience in IT application development, system implementation or software development projects
Proven track record in collecting user requirements and managing UAT activities in complex IT systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Self-motivated and eager to learn new products and solutions
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
Proficient in written English and spoken Cantonese
