Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing sales and marketing initiatives, managing digital content, and analyzing online engagement to enhance brand presence and customer reach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns, including newsletter distribution via email, to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Create basic graphic design materials for both online and offline marketing to support promotional activities.
• Manage daily maintenance and content updates on social media platforms to grow audience and engagement.
• Coordinate and conduct photo and video shoots to produce high-quality marketing visuals of products.
• Analyze and report monthly trends in blog and website traffic to inform marketing strategies and improve digital performance.
• Support multi-tasking across web content management, digital marketing efforts, and analytics reporting to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Required competencies and certifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop on Windows-based workstations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Media savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
