Job Summary

You will support daily customer service operations by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing enquiries and complaints, recording feedback, and assisting the team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process daily customer orders accurately and coordinate timely deliveries with drivers
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels promptly and professionally
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining positive relationships
• Record and report customer feedback to suggest service improvements
• Assist team members with daily operational tasks to maintain smooth workflow and quality service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to serve diverse customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to support team objectives
• Attention to detail, patience, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5 days per week
• Working shift : 8am to 5.30pm / 11.30am to 9pm
• Off day on Monday and Tuesday
