What You Will Do

Unblock site progress by navigating complex local authority mandates and utility interface queries.

• Utilize BIM tools to clear high-density M&E service clashes.
• Lead site execution for greenfield Design and Build industrial projects.
• Maintain physical progress against baseline schedules under tight deadlines.
  
  

Experience You Need

• Deep expertise in substructure works, piling, and reinforced concrete.
• Data Centre, Industrial, Infra, Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor projects
• Experience from Tier 1/2 contractors, civil or infrastructure
  
  

Nice To Have / Bonus

• Certified Lifting Supervisor status with valid CIDB Green Card.
• Hands-on proficiency using Navisworks for on-site BIM clash resolution.
  
  

About You

• Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager profile.
• Highly practical builder skilled at resolving Soil Investigation discrepancies.
