• Develop new customers and business opportunities across property, medical/healthcare and tea/F&B businesses.
• Handle sales enquiries, follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct sales presentations, property viewings, customer meetings and business appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, agents and other contacts.
• Source new leads through networking, referrals, social media, events and other channels.
• Assist in marketing activities, exhibitions, roadshows and business events.
• Support the company in exploring new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Assist management in arranging and attending business appointments.
• Occasionally drive the Managing Director/Boss to business meetings and appointments when required.
• Assist with coordination, follow-ups, market research and other business-related tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities as required in a startup environment.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
