Responsibilities
Overview:
Location: Changi Airport
Working Hours: Mon – Fri | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Benefit: Commission + AWS + Bonus (Transport reimbursed)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients locally and across Intra-Asia.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business and increase overseas routing orders.
Proposals & Tenders: Prepare pitch presentations, process RFQs/bids, and negotiate commercial terms with clients and logistics service providers.
Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams for seamless execution and service delivery.
Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, carrier performance, and competitor movements to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in Business Development / Sales within the Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding industry.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-relationship management skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
