We are looking for a motivated and responsible Technician to join our team in supporting installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems. This role provides hands-on exposure to network systems, and technical field operations within a professional working environment.

As part of the technical team, you will be involved in real site work, system installation, troubleshooting activities, maintenance scheduling, and technical reporting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
• Repairing and replacing related equipment as necessary
• Provide support, including submitting procedural documentation and relevant reports after jobs are completed
• Manage and schedule maintenance works & attend to ad-hoc service calls
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot the equipment at the site and recommending solutions
• To ensure all the working tools and technical room including work bay area in a systematic manner
• Able to work with minimal supervision, independent and pro-active
• Able to travel to any work location as requested and when required
• Support ad-hoc task when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of working experience; or Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Working experience in related technical field is preferred and will be given priority
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical and installation works
• Able to install cabling for network, CCTV, alarm, and access control systems
• Possess valid Class D driving license
• Willing to travel and work at site when required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
