What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' Backend Development experience
• Strong expertise in Python
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns & system design
• Experience with Microservices & Distributed Systems
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Good Git and CI/CD knowledge, including Jenkins
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Agile / SDLC experience
• Terraform or Helm exposure is an advantage
• Real-time systems / WebSockets experience is a plus
• PHP knowledge is an added advantage

What You'll Build

• Design scalable and secure Python backend systems
• Build and maintain microservices
• Develop APIs, integrations and real-time services
• Design efficient SQL & NoSQL data models
• Implement asynchronous processing using Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Deploy and manage containerised applications
• Contribute to system architecture & technical design
• Build unit and integration tests
• Review code and identify refactoring opportunities
• Improve system performance, security & scalability
• Support CI/CD and modern deployment practices
