Job Descriptions:

• Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Assist in sourcing and monitoring tender opportunities.
• Attend tender briefings, site visits, and meetings when required.
• Prepare and compile tender, quotation, and proposal documents.
• Maintain records of tender submissions, outcomes, and related documentation.
• Ensure all required documents, certifications, and supporting materials are complete and up to date.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• 1–2 years of experience in tender administration, purchasing, or administrative roles is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
