- Assist lawyers in handling sale and purchase, loan and other conveyancing matters;
- Prepare and organise documents for signing, stamping and registration;
- Liaise with clients, banks, developers, government departments and other relevant parties;
- Monitor file progress, deadlines and follow-up matters; and
- Possess good attitude, hardworking, willing to learn, good communication skills & able to work as a team.
- Diploma/degree in business/administration/banking or equivalent
- With at least 1 year and above working experience in legal firm
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently, responsibly, and with attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
