Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Operations & Administration
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, acting as both payroll preparer and checker to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage payroll schedules, ensuring all stakeholders meet predefined timelines and deliverables.
- Validate payroll data to ensure completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies with relevant parties prior to payroll submission.
- Review and validate payroll outputs, reports, and bank files, and support payroll sign‑off and bank file approval processes.
- Monitor onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure accurate payroll setup and final payments.
2. Vendor, Finance & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise closely with payroll vendors, HR Business Partners (HRBP), Finance, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth payroll and time & attendance operations.
- Validate vendor invoices to ensure payroll and related services are accurately charged.
- Handle and process intercompany payroll recharges across the FUJIFILM group of companies.
- Work with Finance on payroll provisioning, payroll journals, and bank reconciliations.
3. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and deliver payroll reports based on subsidiary (SUBSI) requirements.
- Manage statutory reporting and submissions, including income tax, pension, and insurance contributions, in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure full compliance and optimal value.
4. Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, Work Instructions, User Manuals, and communication materials as required.
- Support payroll change requests in collaboration with SUBSI and payroll vendors.
- Maintain Digital Personnel Files, supporting ongoing digitization of employee records.
5. Advisory & Support
- Provide Level 2 payroll support to managers and employees, including payroll inquiries and system guidance; escalate to Level 3 support where necessary.
- Compile and calculate payroll simulations and scenarios to support HRBP and business decision‑making.
- Work closely with HRBP on payroll data gathering, validation, and clarification (e.g. bonus payments, salary adjustments, and final settlements).
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in Payroll or HR, preferably within a Shared Services environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Solid understanding of key HR and payroll processes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and data validation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret payroll data and resolve issues effectively.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
