JOB SUMMARY
To support the management, maintenance, and daily operation of TBS facilities while coordinating with government agencies, regulatory authorities, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure regulatory, ISO, safety, and operational compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with government agencies, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and statutory authorities on facility, operational, safety, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate licences, permits, approvals, inspections, audits, and submissions required by relevant authorities.
- Assist in the daily management and maintenance of TBS facilities, building services, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities, facility inspections, and operational issues.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders, quotations, technical specifications, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and contractual compliance.
- Support the implementation, documentation, and maintenance of relevant ISO management systems and assist during internal and external audits.
- Follow up on audit findings, regulatory requirements, corrective actions, and other compliance matters.
- Prepare facility, maintenance, compliance, government liaison, and operational reports as required.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience in facilities management, engineering, maintenance, operations, regulatory compliance, or government liaison will have an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO management systems, tender processes, contractor management, and facility maintenance will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to work on a rotational basis, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
